Educational, Awareness and Always On Content
Art Direction and creative development and outputs for Beatchain – a music startup who wants to speak directly to independent music artists and give them all the tools to release their work without signing to a record label.
I handled a wide range of projects for them, from podcast videos to social media posts. This included animated explainer videos for the Fan Builder product launch and a step-by-step guide on music distribution. We also created short promos to showcase features or announce the release of the new mobile app. The work was incredibly diverse and deeply rewarding—not only as a creative but also as part of a brand dedicated to helping independent artists grow alongside Beatchain’s expansion.
The brand’s foundation rested on three core pillars: Empowering musicians to kickstart their careers using Beatchain technology, educating artists on strategies to amplify their reach, and providing "social proof" by highlighting talent through the brand’s channels.
As with any startup, new products were being launched on a near-constant basis. My role involved creating content to introduce, showcase, and explain these offerings with remarkable frequency.
I had the opportunity to meet, interview, and collaborate creatively with many exciting emerging musicians. Some of my favorites included CerVon Campbell, Eliza Shaddad, and Zharmila. You can find examples of the creative work we produced in partnership with them.
